By accessing or using menuyantra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using menuyantra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use menuyantra.

2. Services Provided

menuyantra provides a comprehensive restaurant management solution, including but not limited to:

Point of Sale (POS) system
Menu management and digital menu creation
Order management and kitchen display systems (KDS)
Inventory management and tracking
Payment processing integrations
Customer relationship management (CRM)
Reporting and business analytics
Third-party integrations (delivery platforms, payment gateways, etc.)

Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

A. Account Creation

To use menuyantra, you must:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Be authorized to represent the business you are registering
Provide valid GST details and business documentation as required

B. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Using strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication when available

C. Multiple Users

If you add staff members or additional users to your account, you are responsible for their actions and compliance with these Terms.

4. Payment, Billing, and Subscription

A. Subscription Plans

menuyantra offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing:

Free trial periods (if applicable)
Monthly subscription plans
Annual subscription plans (with potential discounts)
Custom enterprise plans

B. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Payment is due immediately upon invoice generation
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other approved methods
Applicable taxes (GST) will be added to all invoices as per Indian tax laws

C. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for renewal.

D. Late Payments and Suspension

If payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or restrict access to your account until payment is received. Late fees may apply as per our billing policy.

E. Refund Policy

The menuyantra name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Redux Co Tech Industries Pvt. Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

B. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into menuyantra (restaurant data, menu items, customer information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service
Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement
Create backups and copies for disaster recovery purposes

C. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

7. Data Backup and Loss

While we perform regular backups of your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion.

You can export your data at any time through the platform's export features.

8. Termination and Cancellation

A. Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
You may export your data before cancellation

B. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

Payment fails or is overdue for more than 15 days

C. Effect of Termination
